Returning here is a breeze. First stay, staff helped me retrieve forgotten shower bag. Place suits me: Wi-Fi, 24hr reception, rooftop pool, spa, fitness studio, massage. I return for romantic escape.

I recently stayed at Lux Lisboa Park for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a unique bathroom layout. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were a great way to relax after a day of exploring. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the restaurant served amazing food for dinner. The real highlight, however, was the exceptional service provided by the friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay here. The location was perfect, just a short walk down the hill to the city centre and close to restaurants. The service was exceptional, from room service to car hire and the staff went above and beyond. The room was well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed, including a balcony and soundproofed walls. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and sun terrace, which had beautiful views of the surrounding area.

This hotel is situated in a tranquil neighbourhood near the city center, making it easy to walk or use public transportation to reach tourist spots and restaurants. The friendly staff offered excellent room service, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and cozy, giving guests a good night's rest. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options, and the patio view was a lovely escape. the functional room design included modern technology for a comfortable stay.

The double beds are not pushed together, causing issues for couples that want to snuggle close together in the large bed.

As friends who enjoy going out at nights, we loved the convenient garage and the proximity to the city center. The hotel's location allowed us to easily access luxury shopping and trendy nightlife. The e-scooters available for rent made getting around even more convenient. The warm and friendly welcome, spacious and quiet rooms, and enjoyable pool with a comfortable temperature were all highlights of our stay. The attentive service, including drinks brought to the pool and excellent service during meals, added to the overall great experience.

We felt like we were in a fairy tale during our stay, as everything was perfect and we had no complaints whatsoever.

The decoration of the hotel was simply elegant and inviting, with spacious and uncluttered areas that made it easy for someone like me to move around comfortably. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was impressive, with wide corridors and easy-to-use elevators, making it a breeze to navigate the property. I especially loved the minimalist design that created a calming atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay.

I would ask for better lighting in the hallways for senior people.

I loved kneeling in search of small icons to turn on lights and had a blast trying to figure out the designer's lighting choices. Hilarious!

The rooms at Lux Lisboa Park were so cozy and inviting with their soft tones and wooden floors. It felt like a warm hug, and I instantly felt at home as soon as I stepped inside.

I personally felt that the soundproofing could have been a bit better.

The breakfast selection was varied and well presented. The buffet style allowed for plenty of options to choose from. the rooftop bar and pool were cozy and well-maintained, providing a peaceful and relaxing oasis. The location of the hotel was also a positive aspect, as it was conveniently close to many tourist attractions and the city center.

Despite complaining to the manager, the situation was not immediately resolved and we had to move rooms the following morning.

I chose this hotel for attending a synod, as it provides a conference room with natural daylight and views of a vertical garden. The four meeting rooms were also convenient for our purposes. The staff ensured a comfortable and professional environment for our work activities.

One service that I missed for my work was a reliable and consistent internet connection.
